Nearly 150 years serving our community! The YMCA has been part of the Nelson & Tasman community for a long time with our core values of:

Our vision is to "build strong kids, strong families and strong communities" so we have a range of programmes and services that are available to all members of the community. We want to help build a better place to live by supporting people in our community.
Currently we offer:
A range of NZQA recognised education and training programmes
OSCAR after-school care and holiday programmes
Early Childhood Education at Ykids
Youth leadership and development programmes
Our offices are in Victory Square, Nelson at 156 Toi Toi Street where we also base our education and youth programmes. Ykids is at 183 St Vincent Street.
