YMCA Nelson is committed to building strong kids, strong families and strong communities. That’s why we are involved in a range of community initiatives to contribute to a better city for all residents.
 
YMCA Nelson is part of Nurturing Resilient Youth
 A community wide approach to supporting resiliency in our young people.
 
We also contribute to the Nelson Safer Community Council, Te Rito Family Violence Network and Tomorrow’s Leaders Today – a Ministry of Youth Development funded project.
